Unfortunately no as the minimum downpayment is required within 9 weeks of booking of the EC unit. Perhaps you might want to consider resale EC that has met the MOP of 5 years in a similar location?

If the timeline of the funds required does not match, then you may wish to reconsider the upcoming EC but go for a resale unit instead where timeline can be planned more efficiently.
