What additional costs p.m on rents shown?
I have an expat-assignment ahead, most likely starting with 01MAR22.
I'm interested in The Trizon.
Rental, 3yrs (with diplomatic clause), 2 bed, max 4k p.m., middle/upper floor preferred, private lease. What would be the add costs/fees etc p.m. in addition to rent or is everything capt with the monthly rent.
Thanks,
Karl

Dear Sir,
I can assist you to find a good unit at The Trizon. Do you need a fully furnished unit? If you need a fully furnished unit, there might be an additional costs as well. For usage of facilities, there might be charges for the management to defray the cost of cleaning and maintenance. Please advise.
Cheers!

    Hi Karl,
    Sorry for the delay.

Most owners only partly furnish their apartments. As such, you have to lease the furniture from certain companies that deal with expatriate furnishings. Depending on the furniture selected, costs can range from a few hundred to thousands per month. It all depends on what you need or like.

The landlord will take care of maintenance fees for the unit. The electricity, gas and other facilities would have to be born by you. These can run into a few hundreds per month again depending on usage.

My fees would be a month's rental + GST. I will assist you to apply for all the necessary services and to liaise with the owner. Do call my mobile number on 90170747  or call on Whatsapp since you are overseas. Look forward to your call.

    Cheers.
  • Dear Elan, not sure whether my reply went through.
    Here again:

First, many thanks for your swift reply.
Yes, I would prefer f or p furnished unit. Can you estimate monthly costs as such and also for mgt fee, just roughly to get an idea. And, isn't it the case that the later costs are born by the LL?
    Thanks,
    Karl
