There is a recent transaction recorded in August 2023 for block 821 at $465,000 on mid floor (4-6 floor), which is higher than most other similar units transacted within your cluster at between $420,000 to $445,000. This last transaction could be a good benchmark to reference with for your unit. Of course, your property could potentially fetch higher, since you have mentioned that it is fully renovated.
Checking on what other comparable units are up for sale within the 200m radius, I can only see 1 unit for sale at $480,000 in block 826 as your immediate competitor. I also took a look at what are the 5 room flats for sale available and noticed that 1 of the unit listed is going for only $515k in your block which is on the top floor based on the description.
