Hi Mohd Yusri,

Frandkly speaking, it is not possible to get any HDB with "No COV". There will sure to have COV but you may be lucky to find one with low COV.

Currently it is very hard to find a flat with no COV. Currently i have one 3room in yishun with LOV of 15-18K neg. if you are keen to view, kindly text or call me.
