Hi,

It is still half month + gst for a 6 months agreement. Therefore the rental price should be higher for tenants looking to rent only 6 months, because you are still paying half month to agent, and the hassle and potential damages and cleaning to be done after the 6 months.

Usually I would advise landlords to only accept a minimum of 1 year lease. If there is a problem renting out the place, find the root of the problem, usually it is because the asking price is too high or not competitive enough.
