Hi,

The sale price (if sufficient) will be used to redeem the outstanding hdb loan or bank loan, then refund your cpf utilized + accrued interest, then pay off any legal fees and agent success fee. The rest will be your sale cash proceeds which you can bank in into your account for migration.

Hi Sir/Mdm,

The sale proceeds will consist of both cash which is your profit from the sale and the CPF refund + accrual interests. The cash will be handed to you in the form of a cashiers order on your completion day. The CPF will be refunded back to your CPF ordinary account one week after completion. If you give up your citizenship, then the CPF funds will be released to you.
