When purchasing a Resale HDB, will the amount paid for OTP (typically 5K) offsets COV (if any) ? For example, the property I'm interested has 10k COV and 5K OTP, do I have to pay 10K or 15K in cash?

    U mean i cannot use my 5k deposit to offset the cov portion even thou i take HDB loan and want to maximize my cpf usage??
