which property is better? Costa Rhu or Pebble Bay? Why are the property prices not climbing up as fast as the those around the resort? Should I be buying them now? Thak you.

Hi Chan,

Both Costa Rhu and Pebble Bay both have good rental yields. Pebble Bay gets better rentals, but the price quantum is also slightly higher, so its yield evens out pretty much.

If you're looking to buy, why not consider also other units in that vicinity as well.
