Why does HDB disallowed citizen to take grant or HDB housing loan if they have a private property oversea that was given to them by love and affection? It is not by their own financial means that they can purchase that piece of property. Is there anyway to appeal for the grant and HDB housing loan because that property is still occupied by the applicant's parents and not for any means of side income. And by the way, the property are co-own with the applicants siblings.
