Your Advise Appreciated, Guru.
My father have recently signed an executive agreement to sell the house. Unfortunately, he had a coma and are now lying in hospital. Our family, have decide not to sell the house since the incident happen.
We have not agree to sell the house to anyone yet and have told the agent to postpone the sale.
He have however, impose a marketing fee upon us for advertisement on the papers etc.
Is this fair? Are the contract betwenn my dad breach since he is in coma?
