PropertyGuru.com.sg has clinched a spot on the list of Top 10 Digital Media of the Year by Marketing magazine.
The Digital Media of the Year survey, which aims to document which agency client marketers in Singapore would most likely use, garnered 546 responses, of which 349 or 64 percent were from the client-advertiser side and 197 or 36 percent were from the agency side.
Overall, PropertyGuru clinched the 10th spot, with data compiled by research company Boardroom Research. Other notable names included on the list are Facebook, Google and Yahoo! SG.
PropertyGuru beat iProperty.com and Google as the favourite media company for real estate buyers. The property site earned 38.9 percent of the vote, while iProperty finished second with 15.3 percent, said Marketing magazine.
PropertyGuru outperformed its competitors due to its year-long branding push and constant innovation in its offering to advertisers, added the publication.

“All our hard work is paying off and we intend to continue building the business. Going forward, we’re launching a new branding campaign for 2011 and will improve the user experience on the website,” added Mr. Melhuish.
This newest accolade for PropertyGuru comes after the launch of PR campaigns for its Property Sentiments Survey and new products and businesses including iPhone, CommercialGuru and Facebook Integration initiatives.
