Property developer Keppel Land has sold over 90 percent of the 220 units released during the soft launch of its Seasons Park residential project in the Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City over the weekend.
The 1,672-unit residential development is Keppel Group’s first collection of eco-homes to be launched in the Eco-City, which Keppel Land and Keppel Corp have an interest of 55 percent and 45 percent, respectively.
“We have been receiving very strong interest since the groundbreaking for Seasons Park. The positive response during our soft launch reflects the confidence of Chinese homebuyers in the Keppel quality hallmark and international experience,” said Mr. Ho Cheok Kong, president of Keppel Land China. “To meet demand, we look forward to launch more homes soon and are heartened by genuine interest in the new and distinct eco-lifestyle presented in the Eco-City and our Keppel homes."
The average unit price achieved was approximately RMB11,000 (S$2,124) psm, and majority of the buyers come from Tianjin and surrounding regions.
Among the popular features of Seasons Park is the well-equipped clubhouse with facilities like a café cum reading lounge, gymnasium, snooker room, sauna and an in-door temperate swimming pool.
Seasons Park is strategically located along the Eco-Valley, the ecological green spine that links residential developments, commercial centres and major transit nodes within the Eco-City. It is also within close proximity to the Eco-Business Park and several commercial sub-centres.
