W Hotels Worldwide has just opened W Retreat Koh Samui, the first W in the Southeast Asian region.
The opening of W Retreat Koh Samui is an important milestone as W Hotels continues to grow worldwide, on track to more than twice its global portfolio by 2012, reaching over 50 hotels worldwide.

Located at the peak of the north shore of Samui Island, the all-villa beachfront villas feature 75 private villas with modern lifestyle innovations, which include a private pool, an outdoor shower, daybeds, wine refrigerator, 46-inch plasma screen TV, Yamaha sound system and the signature W bed.
Among its signature amenities and services include the Whatever/Whenever service philosophy, the W Lounge and the WOOBAR, which offers 270-degree views of the Gulf of Thailand and the surrounding hillside.
W Retreat Koh Samui offers guests dining reservations and seating at The Kitchen Table and at its signature restaurant Namu.
