HDB has awarded a land parcel at Upper Serangoon View to FCL Topaz Ltd, Far East Civil Engineering Ltd and Sekisui House Ltd after they offered a joint bid of $156.80 million in a public tender that closed on November 9.
The site is proposed for condominium housing development, and could potentially yield up to 540 units. It has a total site area of 13,000.3 sq m and has a maximum gross floor area of 45,501.05 sq m with a gross plot ratio of 3.5.
The land site is located within the vicinity of Kang Kar Mall, Hougang Mall and Hougang Plaza, providing shopping, food and entertainment amenities to its residents. Healthcare facilities are also accessible estate-wide and the nearby the Punggol Park and sports facilities at Hougang Town also offer various recreation options, while established primary and secondary schools are all located within easy reach.
