The URA has awarded a white site at the junction of Peck Seah Street and Choon Guan Street to Perfect Eagle Ltd, Guston Ltd and Belmeth Ltd, which offered a joint bid of $1.71 billion in a public tender that closed on November 16.
Zoned for commercial, hotel or residential use, the site was launched for sale on July 30 under the Government’s 2H2010 GLS programme. It has a total site area of 15,022.6 sq m with a maximum gross floor area of 157,738 sq m.
The white site enjoys a high degree of visibility, fronting the key junction of several major roads like Cecil Street, Anson Road, Robinson Road and Maxwell Road. The future development will also feature panoramic views of the skyline from the CBD to the Chinatown Historical District and Marina Bay area.
