Motorists using parking coupons which are only valid up to 31 December will need to exchange them for new ones from the 2nd of next month as they can no longer be used in 2015, said HDB and URA in a joint statement.
The coupons can be exchanged during office hours at all HDB branches and service centres, and also at The URA Centre along Maxwell Road.
This cannot be done at other sales outlets like petrol stations, shops and post offices.
