Wing Tai will be showcasing its latest project – The Crest @ Prince Charles – at a VIP preview next weekend (June 14/15).
The 99-year leasehold project in District 10 (pictured) is a joint venture between Wing Tai, Metro Australia Holdings Pte Ltd and Maxdin Pte Ltd. It will feature 469 units spread across three 23-storey towers and four 5-storey blocks.
The Crest @ Prince Charles is located in Jervois, and is surrounded by the good class bungalows of the Chatsworth and Bishopsgate estates. It is a short distance from Orchard Road and Singapore’s central business district.
Architecture comes courtesy of the award-winning Japanese architect Toyo Ito, the winner of the prestigious 2013 Pritzker Prize.
Condominium units range from one-bedroom offerings measuring from 614 sq ft, up to five-bed units of up to 2,002 sq ft. The development will also feature 80 “island villas”, with two-bed offerings measuring from 904 sq ft upwards.
Indications from agents promoting the project suggest one-bedroom units will be priced from S$1.2 million, with ABSD reimbursements for VIP buyers on offer subject to terms and conditions.
The development is expected to receive its TOP in 2018.
