The two residential sites at Fernvale Road (Parcels A & B) and one Executive Condominium (EC) site at Choa Chu Kang Drive are launched for sale today under the Confirmed List.
These three sites can yield about 1,700 residential units, and are offered on a 99-year lease.
Parcels A & B in Fernvale Road, located near Thanggam LRT station, have a maximum Gross Floor Area (GFA) of 49,812 sq m and 52,242 sq m respectively.
The land parcel in Choa Chu Kang (pictured) has a GFA of 53,362 sq m and is near Choa Chu Kang Park.
These sites are the last residential sites on the Confirmed List to be released under the 1H 2014 Government Land Sales (GLS) Programme.
