The Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, will be in Singapore this weekend for what will be the biggest Malaysia Property Show to take place in the city-state.
The exhibition will feature more than 20 property developments from throughout Malaysia, and for the first time will include a dedicated Penang Pavilion focusing on property investments from the northern state.
Highlighting the increasing interest in property investments in Penang from Singapore, Minister Lim told PropertyGuru: “Anyone who is considering investing in overseas property should take a serious look at what Penang has to offer. Whether it’s a second home or an investment property, Penang provides a range of exciting property investment opportunities for Singapore-based buyers.”
Investment opportunities in the Medini Iskandar region continues to be a hot topic of conversation in Singapore, and property buying opportunities across the causeway will also feature prominently at the event.
The PropertyGuru Malaysia Property Show will also include a range of informative and educational presentations from leading developers and industry experts, focusing on issues including property trends and foreign buying regulations.
Other distinguished guests will include ST Kalithasan, Assistant Vice President of Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, En Faizal Ridzuan, author of WTF 28 Properties by 30, and Dr. Tan Thai Soon, the Managing Director of TST Consulting Group.
