Demand for Malaysian property investments from Singapore-based buyers has never been stronger, with the country accounting for more than half of all overseas property purchases from Singapore last year.
Building on that popularity, this weekend will see the largest ever Malaysia Property Show to take place in Singapore. More than 20 developments from across the country will be showcasing their properties at the event.
For the first time a dedicated Penang Pavilion will shine the spotlight on property investment opportunities in the northern state.
The show will also feature a range of information, educational and inspirational seminars and presentations from leading real estate market experts. Attendees will gain first-hand knowledge of the latest developments in the Malaysia property market, including the latest trends and up-to-date information about property-buying rules for foreigners.
The Chief Minister of Penang, Lim Guan Eng, will be attending the second day, while other VIP guests include ST Kalithasan, Assistant Vice President of Medini Iskandar Malaysia Sdn Bhd, En Faizal Ridzuan, author of WTF 28 Properties by 30, and Dr. Tan Thai Soon, the Managing Director of TST Consulting Group.
