Do check the URA Master Plan
Nice environment but do check the URA master plan, especially for buyers who are looking at units facing the waterbody. The government has earmarked a major road that runs along the canal which will dramatically change the view when it is eventually built. (https://www.ura.gov.sg/maps/?service=MP) -

great, bright and windy
resort feel, unblocked view of reservoir with beautiful sunset. windy and bright, lots of sunlight. facilities are always new and clean -

Right Entry Price Project
Been looking for properties in the area for a while now. The communal area of the property are well maintained. It was clean and free of leaves in the pool. The landscaping was kept pretty good as well. The entire property paint was refreshed giving it a fresh look. The units we seen are well kept and so far the neighbours around it are quiet too. If you are looking to enter a 2bedroom plus study unit in this development you could still get something below $1.2m for 883sqft. This comes with an enclosed kitchen as well! There are coffeeshops and sheng siong just opposite the development. Seletar Mall within mins reach and the convenience to the park connector is amazing for walks and cycle. -

Perhaps the best waterfront living with conve
Been living in the condo since 2016 and boy am i suprised with the negative reviews. The bad reviews are from disgruntled ex-residents who cant get their way with the council member and management. My honest review is the management office can do better and the facilities can have better maintenance. Foodcourts, CC, Supermarkets Cinema are all within walking distances(all within 5-8 mins walk). Park connector is right next door and sheltered access to Layar LRT which is right at beside the condo. A short drive from expressway KPE, TPE, SLE and CTE. It's probably the best waterfront living at the area in terms of convenience and property price. -

Great Value For Money
This condo is so near to LRT station, community club, shopping mall, hawker center and river park. The facilities and landscaping is top notch as well. Security is very commendable. You can find all the essential goods and services you need within walking distance. To add more value to the condo, it is currently undergoing repainting, which may help future prices to appreciate. -

What’s got to be the main advantage of H2O is the convenience. While it’s not smack in the midst of a busy town center (i.e. less noise and traffic), the LRT is right at the door step, Seletar Mall is within walking distance, the park connector that runs past leads you to the Sengkang Riverside Park and Punggol waterway, and the adjacent integrated community facility with hawker center and wet market is nearing construction completion. Condo facilities are pretty standard for its category - 2 swimming pool areas, a gym, some ponds and landscaping, tennis court, BBQ pits… Not much frills, bells or whistles. Interior is decent, we’re first owners, moved in shortly after TOP and haven’t had much issues. Peaceful neighborhood, nice to sit at the balcony any time of the day. -

Simple Living
Well connected by different different modes of public transport. Sheltered walkway to LRT station and Bus Stops. Close to Amenities and Park Connector. -

Getting worst
Both interior and exterior getting from bad to worst. The 5th floor unit even has their windows fell off to the pavement trellis . This project was once delayed not for no reason. Dev owed money to their contractors and guess wat, many owners received “ problematic “ units during TOP. The residents complained a lot here very poor team spirits. Nearby canals look peaceful but lot of hidden crimes even in broad daylight . Families of young children and ladies must b accompanied in group for better security . -
