  Value buy- H2O Residences by CDL

  I have purchased a unit at H2O Residences. I believe that this is an undervalued project with tremendous upside as nearby Seletar Residences and Greenwich already going for $1,200 psf. With the announcement by SPH and UE for the development of The Seletar mall, sales of units have picked up over the past few months. The Seletar Mall will contain a supermarket and Cinema and will be only a short 5mins walk from H2O Residences. The target time of completion of the mall is end of 2014 which is about the expected TOP date of H2O. There will be another 2 plots of condo to be launched on the land parcel besides H2O. Buyers can thus take advantage of the 1st mover advantage while amenities gets built up. Prices for H2O are currently still reasonable. There are various star buys going for 860psf. It is also just next to Layar LRT.

  Truely Waterfront Home

  Unbelieveable ... This is probably the closest one can get to live next to a waterfront. And still convenient. Happy to have bought a home here too.

  H2O - Our Dream Home

  We just bought a 4Bedroom apartment at H2O. Many around us thought we were crazy to move out of our current home, which is spacious & super convenient (walk to mall, MRT & schools). But really .... we have no regrets at all. With young school going kids and both of us working, we are mindful of the time we spend together as a family. Inceasingly we find it hard to pull them away from computer, smart phones, TV and shopping in malls. So when we recce the surrounding of this new condo, we got excited. We have always wished that our kids can grow up the way we did: running around greens, cycling, swimming, catching spiders, watching birds, chasing freebies, flying kites, etc. Life should be this simple! Surrounded by parks, park connectors, river, LRT station (2mins sheltered walk), 6-8mins to Fernvale Point, Compass Point & Sengkang Transport Hub and a shop within condo to povide last min needs ..... Aiya, no stress la!
