  Super convenient & well maintained

  Optima @ Tanah Merah is conveniently located within 3 minutes walking distance to Tanah Merah MRT. When neighboring Sceneca mixed development is up , more amenities like a big supermarket & eateries will be within easy reach.

  Well connected and less cluttered

  Liked the infra from interior, and the fact that convenience stores are all closeby. Noise from MRT depends on which side flat you are living in, but overall cannot complain much. Management does a good job.

  too many restrictions

  Far too many restrictions from management and committee, make it impossible to live and enjoy. Facilities take forever or never to be fixed or replaced when broken.(dont want to spend money on the condo) Jacuzzi has no lights, very dull at night at the pool, missing sun loungers,booking facilites is expensive compared to other condos. Committee and management do not seem to care about the people that live there. Management staff ALWAYS changing and they just get worse, they dont even look like they are interested or listening when you talk to them. Security are usually asleep and never patrol at night. Would not recommend.

  Optima

  Was nice initially but has lost its attractiveness along the way. Too much noise with all the MRT works coming up and difficult to get a piece of mind with the windows and doors open during the day time. Not very child friendly and the security guards constantly interrupt children playing with new rules and restrictions. The management not very friendly! Better value for many in developments around the area

  Optima@Tanah Merah

  Nice development and not as cluttered as most other developments. It is also very convenient, with the MRT nearby and the bus stop in front of the condominium. Also very well-maintained and the management staff there are very friendly!

  Overrated, overpriced and very noisy!!

  This project is overrated just because it is next to the MRT. The station is nearer Optima side so it is really a major noise pollution when the trains pull into the station. Just imagine loud brakes every few minutes and you can hear this even with the double windows closed. Small area like other new projects and material used are not of very high quality. The room doors remind me of my school's hostel. And Tanah Merah is not near the city. I like this area for it's serenity but Optima does not offer peace and quietness at all. Too expensive. You can get a better value with the project just behind Optima instead and enjoy some peace instead.
