Asked by
A property agent sent an email without updating tenant that she has sent an email and had no courtesy to double check if tenant is ok with the terms stated therein, she assumed that tenant had read the email and had agreed to the email content, until the email was discovered late and tenant is ask to pay a hefty sum of money. I understand that the agent works for the best interest of the landlord, but she should be fair in her dealings specially with foreigners who pay high rental fees.
