Although my tenancy agreement with my landlord for two years term. Within six months of tenancy, my landlord says she want to sell the house and breaking the agreed contract terms. I also tried outside to look out for the houses, I could see its bit difficult to find a house with my affordable rent since the demand due to pandemic.
Then I told my agent landlord, let me complete my contract tenancy and then you sell the house. With my repeated request on this, they keep bringing the people to view the unit. I am staying with family; I am also worried safety of the current covid situation.
Where can I bring up this matter, my request is simply let me complete my tenancy and let them sell the house.
Can I take a legal action against them, if so pls advise the way & which legal authority to talk?
