am an Indian citizen. I do not have citizenship of Singapore nor have PR. Can I buy a house for living / investment? Can I get a bank loan for buying house? What is applicable interest rate?

Hello Ravindra,

The answer to your question is that there are restrictions on foreign ownership of properties in Singapore. For example, foreigners cannot own landed houses and certain other developments.

On financing, across the board foreigners can get 70% financing from most financial institutions here.
