Hello, I'm a Singaporean residing overseas and currently own a property overseas. I would like to buy a condo in Singapore with my partner who is a PR. Do you know what would be the stamp duty, required downpayment and other misc charges?

Morning,

Is this the first property your PR partner own in Singapore? If not, the standard expenses will be the stamp duty, legal fees, cash outfront (depending on how much loan the bank grants and if both of you are using CPF monies for the payment) and salesperson's commission.
