Dear owner, If you have keep track on the regulatory changes for resale HDB procedure, you will note that the pricing indication to market a HDB will not include the COV portion, as valuation of a resale HDB will only be done after an offer is made by a buyer and accepted by the owner. As such, most seller and buyer will only make use of the recent transactions in the area to make a judgement on the price they can settle on, where in this instance, price range of $340k to $380k maybe considered. Of course, your home may not necessary need to fall into this range if all conditions are excellent.
