Need advice.
I am a PR and looking around resale hdb at punggol sengkang. Just to clarify based on the recent market
For a 4 room hdb,
If selling price is 525k,
Valuation is 500k
5% of 500k = 25k must be cash to owner
And the diff between valuation and selling price 525k-520k=25k to owner
So my total cash required is 50k
Plus other legal fee and stamp duty fee.
Can advice me if any other fee involved here?
