can i apply for a bank loan to buy a resale flat as i was discharged from bankruptcy, i'm thinking of selling my 3 rm at circuit rd and upgrade to 5 rm at geylang area.

Hi Teo,

You are able to but subject to bank's approval as there's no guarantee that any banks will accept your case. You must have full documents to support your application that you are able to finance the bank loan in future.
