Can i apply for cpf housing grant of 30K if i buy a resale private condo or EC or HDB with my gf ?

if above is yes, any income ceiling ?

For first-timer buying EC direct from developer,you and your fiance are eligible for $30k grant..combined income not more than $10k..There is a new EC launching at Punggol - Prive..Would you both be interested?Kindly contact me for more info,e-application is now open!!Thanks
