Hi, I am a Singaporean. I have bought a flat from HDB directly previously and is now an owner of a resale HDB flat bought from open market. Am I eligible to purchase a EC?

Afternoon Sophie,

As long as you didnt enjoyed two subsidised units (BTO/ EC) directly from HDB, you can apply for new EC.

Once you fulfilled the MOP and combined income ceiling is within $12k, you are well qualified.
