Yes its possible, as long as you have not utilized CPF OA to purchase other residential property. You also need to be singaporean citizen to purchase landed properties in Singapore.

yes you are eligible to purchase a landed using CPF OA funds as a Singaporean.

If you are SPR, you should seek LDAU approval before you commit to a landed purchase.
