Yes once the court order is out, you may proceed to sell the house. However, it is still important to engage him and seek his cooperation to ensure that the whole sale process can proceed smoothly.
I have personally have handled many divorce sale cases before and in many cases, I had to be the neutral party relaying the messages as both parties are not on talking terms.
