Hello Sir, our property refinance in 2016 june and done everything including add my son CPF account to pay part of his share and got approval of all 3 owners from CPF Board my self ,wife and my son..and charged was done by lawyer.Now when we want to add our both name in to payment of CPF, board asking to go through Lawyer.. why its so, when I am prepare to give all requirred docuemtns , but board insists .to take lawyer and pay fee otherwise can not use cpf to pay for property, pls help
