can i retain my HDB flat if i am going through a divorce? The flat still has not met the 5-year occupancy. I have a child and i will have custody over him.

Morning,

For such case, you need to write in to enquire and request for special permission. Under normal circumstances, if your unit have fulfilled around 4.5 years of MOP, the part purchase is possible. Any thing lesser than that is subjected to HDB approval.
