1) There is no mentioning of the residential status of your family members so I'll assume all of you are citizens.
2) There is no restriction on the number of owners for a flat.
3) You may include them in the purchase. You will also need to discuss with them which holding method is more suitable for your case.
4) There are 2 types of joint owners for a property:
(a) Joint tenancy: all owners will own equal shares in the property. The survivor takes all.
(b) Tenancy-In-Common: Each owner can decide to own how many shares in the property. The shareowner can decide who to inherit their share at a later time.
