You can do so as long as you wish to, but i dont think any agent will be keen to take on such assignment given that we have no idea what happened during the handover at the beginning of tenancy. It is not a matter of hire someone by paying the fees and expect that all to go well.

Conscientious effort have to be applied throughout the duration of tenancy to upkeep and maintain the property to minimise any defects or damages to the apartment at the end of lease if any and to rectify such defects or damages when handing back to the landlord. The agent will not be able to know which are inherent defects when handed over. Read More
