Hi,

Usually, the Developer will give a deadline for the funds to be transfer to their designated account.

If the Buyer missed the deadline, the unit will be on hold and to be released for sale again in the future.

Take note that Developer reserves the right to claim "damages" in this situation, as by giving a cheque to "book" the unit, you are deemed to have committed to the purchase. A forfeiture of 25% on the booking fee would be the potential "loss".
