kindly let me know what is the difference between ERA Million Dollar Club & ERA Diamonds Club ?

Also, what is the average monthly salary/income of these grade of property agents ?

Finally, how do one achieve Directorship in ERA.

It is based purely on your performance. Different agencies will have different titles.
