Dear agents, I am interested in one of the terrace houses sited along Pebble Lane. I noticed that there will be a big shopping centre ?Katong Regency as well as a developing industrial hub occuring around Paya Lebar MRT interchange. May I ask how much in terms of psf will the terrace house roughly cost? And how much land can I afford? My budget is between 2.6 - 3.0 mil. Many thanks

Hi Raymond,

Is there any particular reason why are you looking for units at Pebble Lane? My team had sold 1 of the unit in Pebble Lane this year. The terrace house was in original condition with a land size of 2260sqf for $1117psf with the remaining 3 units also within the $1200psf range (quantum of $2.58m).

I must say that supply of units in this area is pretty limited therefore usually the units will be snapped up pretty fast if there is any. In addition, the facing of most units there are either east or west facing for your information. I have more than 50 landed houses for sale in my inventory and perhaps I maybe able to assist you in your purchase if I can know what your requirements are.
