I am a single who is affected by SERS. I am given the option to purchase a 4-room (85sqm) at $550k plus or a 5-room (105sqm) at $700k plus at Dawson area. I do not require to get a loan for the purchase. I am not sure if I should buy 4 or 5 room for rental or own stay. Any advice?
