Dear Agents

We have bought an HDB in Feb this year under Public Scheme (two PRs) and paid the 5% of ABSD.

I would like to check any possibility to apply for refund of ABSD as I got the Singapore Citizen?

Thanks your question.

The ABSD charges is incur at the point of your purchase and manner of holding status hence it is not possible to obtain a refund even after you obtain the SC status.
