Dear All,
I would need your advice on this I am a ex convict I was charge with 2 Charges and 1 TIC 1 UML and 1 UML TIC 1 Theft and so only take 2 charges was sentence 18Month 2 Weeks on 2014 may and release on 2015 may after deduction only serve for 1 year.
This year I was very keen to join into property industry I had obtain WPLN 6 for all assessment that CEA required 4 O level.
So I went down to CEA office to submitted my document and apply for pre application form so they inform me that required 3 week to process.
I also look through CEA website under media release on the 29 dec 2010 I saw that the unsuccessful applicant that apply for sales person is much more worst than me as they have lot of record over the years and lot of charges.
Would I stand a better chances compare to them? Please advice..
I am really keen to join into property industry but what if the outcome is unfavorable? can I still able to appeal for it?
