Anyone has gotten approval from HDB to sell house before MOP? How long did the approval take from the time appeal was submitted? I saw that some property agents mentioned that they have helped their seller to get approval, and I would like to find out how long did their seller managed to get the approval from the time the appeal was submitted to HDB estate manager at the respective HDB Branch office.
My appeal was to relocate nearer to my parents home so as to co-manage my son who is of weak health and needs my support in co-parenting.

Morning,

Depending on your stand for the appeal, along with the necessary documentation provided and how long you have being staying in your current unit, the appeal will take around 2 to 3 weeks to process. For more complex cases, the appeal might take a longer period.

    Thanks for your reply. My MOP is fulfilled on 9 Dec 2015. I have fulfilled 4years and 6months. I have submitted my appeal since 27 May 2015. Still waiting for reply. Hopefully can get approval. Thanks Mike.
