Dear Guru, I am 52 years old single. I consider selling my 3 room HDB Toa Payoh and buy a resale 4 room HDB in Ang Mo Kio. My current income is $5K. Am I eligble to loan if required.

As for your case, it would be good to get a banker to assess your status before committing. The possibility of high loan amount will be low but by knowing how much you can get will help you to know how and where to proceed from here.
