Dear Guru, I have these questions and pls publish them:
1. Normally how much is the CEA (house agent sales) course fee and how much is the CEA exam fee?
2. To start as a house agent with an agency, how much are the monthly expenses (agency monthly subscription fees, tele fees, listing fees , etc…….) ?
3. When joining an agency team how is the commission like ? - agency 40% agent himself 60% or what is it like?
4. Is it common for people in 56 to 65 age group work as house agents?
5. What is the dropout rate (left the industry with 12 months?
