I am looking for an agent to get a detailed assessment on whether my current situation is feasible for a hdb-condo upgrade, financial & time-wise.

The agent should have plenty experience in dealing with cases where clients with little to no cashflow/new property used for own stay.

Preferably specializing in West area.

Afternoon Anon,

This would really depend on your unit's sizing, location, level, condition and ethnic restriction when we want to talk about the sales. We would also require information like how much loan you can get, current CPF OA balance, and what sizing unit are you looking into. With all the necessary data, we should be able to work things out.
