May I know what size and price range are you looking at?

For Q Bay, developer sale units are fully sold, hence you be purchasing from 1st owners who naturally want to profit from it (ie. Your entry price will be higher vs the other 2 projects).

Both Santorini and Alps have their unique attributes, the main difference being the TOP date and locality. Santorini will TOP earlier and be located nearer to the amenities. Hence you can start collecting rental earlier. Both projects are by the same developer. I'm involved with both projects, will be glad to share more about the latest pricing & availability of units.

Hi, I would not encourage Q Bay as it was already fully sold and hence you be paying much more to purchase it from the 1st owner. Between the other 2, Alps Resi is nearer to the mrt and the new hub so this is something you may wish to take note of. Alps Resi happen to be one of my company projects and pls feel free to let me know if you do need any price list or floorplan or any other assistance.

Interesting shortlist of projects, where 1 is purely resale, another new launch and the last soon to TOP.

QBay and Santorini offers you opportunity for immediate returns, where QBay will be resale since there is no more direct developer units, while Santorini offers you limited units available direct from developer.

The location of the 3 projects is almost identical, therefore they offer no significant advantages over one another. In conclusion, whichever project that gives you lowest price per square foot is likely the best choice on surface.

I am just curious why have you chosen these 3 projects over others. If I may know more about your objectives, perhaps I can provide an opinion from a better perspective?

We have rented out many units at Qbay. For Santorini, there are however still units available. I would suggest either Qbay or santorini as both are nearer to more amenities if you are looking at Investment kind of returns.
