Hi,

The decision to sell or rent really depends on your investment objective. I reckon you are referring to stack 27? Based on the purchase price of $12xx psf, we may not be looking at a lot of profit after taking into consideration the stamp duty, interest incurred etc.

As for rental, you could be looking in the range of $4,400 to $4,800 which works out to be approx 3.5% rental yield.
